We hope you love your Whatever The Season pieces, but if you require an exchange or refund, please get in touch at support@whatevertheseason.com.

REFUND ME:

If you require a refund please contact us before returning an item. You can get in contact through our social media or email us at support@whatevertheseason.com.

All we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside. The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch.

Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. We aim for a confirmation email of receiving your return to be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving back with us. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.

EXCHANGES:

In the unlikely circumstance that the product(s) you receive are broken or damaged then just contact us at support@whatevertheseason.com. 

If the size you have ordered is incorrect then you can send the product back to us, and we will refund you so you can order your correct size. However please note that our returns are unfortunately not free at the moment and you must therefore cover the shipping cost yourself.  

ELIGIBILITY WINDOW:

To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.

  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging.
  • Items must have all tags attached & undamaged.
  • Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order.
  • Note: We will not accept your return if the clothing smells of perfume/tan or appears to be worn. The clothing will then be sent back to you without a refund.

 PLEASE NOTE: We understand our return postage is not free, however we encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
