Outside of Norway we use FedEx International and you can choose either Priority shipping when speed is important or Economy shipping if you've got a bit more time.

*This rate is only an approximation and may change based on the most current exchange rates. As our shop is based in Norway, the prices we set will be in Norwegian Kroner. However due to our currency converter you will be able to shop products in your own currency. The shipping is calculated at time of checkout using the most current exchange rate, therefore this price may be subject to small fluctuations. But don't worry there are no extra charges involved.

Please be aware that the delivery time refers to when the product is shipped from Whatever The Season not from when the order is first placed. You'll receive an email when your product(s) have been sent!

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Whatever The Season and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost. Whatever The Season is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed please contact support@whatevertheseason.com with your name, order number and the new full shipping address - it is important that this is done prior to your order being shipped. To be able to receive your parcel tracking information, please ensure your contact information is correct at the checkout. If this has been input incorrectly after payment has been successful, please contact us to fix this for you.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges on all orders for both Norway and International countries is non-refundable. Whatever The Season cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Whatever The Season responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Any issues regarding this must be taken up with the courier/local depot.
If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Whatever The Season can not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.
